Nothing much happening here. Waiting for my financial aid (some things never change!)info since school is starting in about two weeks. Getting a little nervous about the $, but I have faith it will come through. Work is going great, I really love my job. I'm working with some great kids and they really try hard. I so glad to be back and playing with the community band. We just had a performance at an opening for a new park! Our next performance is for Oktoberfest in Campbell, I might get to be in the Polka Band! I'm soooo excited about that! Out in Michigan I met other musicians and they never go outside of their classical box. Some of the conservatory students looked at me like I was crazy when I said that I thought marching band had a lot to do with my musical growth in college. I just told them that they are definitely missing out by just staying in the classical box (and I LOVE classical!).
Family's good. My brother just got his first A on a biology quiz! I am so proud of him. He actually studied and went to class. My sister is still playing on an adult softball team and my dad has started going out a lot. I hope he's not dating, because that would be weird/gross. Although I suppose he does deserve companions other than his three children. Well I'm kinda babbling so I'm going to go. Have a great day everyone!
